ANASTASIA is the highest oceanfront condominium complex on St. Augustine Beach (7 floors) with 3 elevators to get you to the beach, pool or condominium unit quickly.  Restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are nearby with sidewalks that allow a leisurely walk to these sites, if desired.

The well furnished rental condos in our oceanfront complex offer a wide range of amenities including cable TV, DVD players, coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer and all linens.   Some of our condos have high-speed wireless internet or DSL lines (see the symbol by those units under “Rentals”) and wireless internet is available poolside.  A few units have special golf privileges.  Check for the specifics of the condo you are reserving when you make your reservation since the amenities vary by condominium unit.

During the winter months we have lots of activities in our ocean front club room:  Friday Night Happy Hour, Bridge, Poker, Movie Night, Bingo Night, Super Bowl Party, Valentine’s Party, St. Patrick’s Day Party and informal weekly golf outings.

The nation’s OLDEST CITY, continuously occupied since 1565 when it was founded by the Spanish, provides an excellent vacation activity with lots of historic sites, motorized and horse carriage tours and antique and boutique shopping.   Tour the historic Lighthouse, the Lightner Museum or Ripley’s Believe It or Not, visit the Alligator Farm with hundreds of rare end exotic birds as well as alligators and crocodiles,  take advantage of ecological kayak trips,  fishing, boating, parasailing, golf etc.  Enjoy a concert at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre or, in the summer, weekly concerts in the downtown plaza on Thursday nights or at the St. Augustine Beach Pier on Wednesday nights.  We are also within easy driving distance of other Florida top attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center and the Daytona Speedway.  There are plenty of things to do.
