Anastasia Condominiums, a wonderful oceanfront gated condominium resort, is located on Anastasia Island approximately 15 minutes south of historic St. Augustine, Florida. Ponce de Leon came to St. Augustine in 1565 - over 400 years ago - looking for our Fountain of Youth. Our upscale gated community has a choice location on St. Augustine Beach – one of the most beautiful wide sandy beaches in Florida. The beach is known for its white sand and rolling dunes crested with waving sea oats and colorful wildflowers overlooking the blue ocean. Little brown rabbits jump through the sand dunes. What a wonderful spot for a family vacation/family reunion or a great place for a quiet getaway for a couple or some good friends looking for a relaxing vacation.

Each condominium has floor-to-ceiling windows with sliding patio/balcony doors leading from each master bedroom and living room to a private balcony or patio overlooking the ocean. Our seven stories give some of our ocean view condos better views than the oceanfront condos advertised by other places. There is a heated community pool, tennis courts, a private boardwalk directly to the beach and three elevators. Some condos have wireless internet. Our gracious and enthusiastic staff is on site to assist you if you need help locating your favorite activity or very special restaurant.
