Anastasia Condominiums Rental Policy

1. Weekly Rentals are from Saturday PM to Saturday AM. Confirmed Reservations require a Security Deposit of $300.00 for Weekly Rentals or $500.00 for Monthly Rentals. Security Deposits are refunded in approximately 30 days after departure so that any telephone bills or damages as well as other charges can be determined. If damage or other charges exceed amount of deposit, Renters are liable for the excess.

2. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from the Security Deposit for cancellation of a confirmed reservation.

3. Security Deposit will not be refunded for a cancellation received less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival for weekly reservations or less than 90 days prior to arrival for monthly reservations.

4. Check in time is from 3:30PM to 5:00PM. Office must be notified in advance to arrange for late check in. Check out time is prior to 10:30AM. Guests departing before office opens for the day shall make arrangements the previous day.

5. Renters understand the unit is a privately owned condominium, being made available for rent. The units are individually furnished and decorated as a quality home for the owner and their rental guests. Guests agree to indemnify owner for any damages to the unit, the furnishings, and common areas occurring during guests' occupancy. Guests shall be responsible for inventoried contents of the rental unit.

6. Renters shall refrain from charging long distance calls to the owner's telephone. Rental guests shall be liable for long distance charges PLUS a service charge for long distance calls on the owner's bill.

7. Renter will be provided with 2 sets of keys. Loss of keys invokes a charge of $25.00 per set. If Renters are locked out of their unit after rental office hours, there will be a $25.00 charge for an authorized employee to return and give them access to the unit.

8. Maximum occupancy is 6 people in 2 bedroom unit and 8 people in 3 bedroom unit.

9. All vehicles must display a valid parking permit. The permit will be issued at check-in time. Limited to Two(2) vehicles per unit parking.
