We are staying here for the month of February also. This condo unit, #309, has new appliances, couch & love seat also. Bed in master bedroom is comfortable. Some newer flooring as well. They also brought in a new TV after the first week we were here. It does need to update the kitchen & 2 bathrooms but we knew that before we rented it because the owners let us see the unit last year when we were here renting another unit. I did let the office know that there was a lot of scratches on the walls. There is also a lot of shoe scuffs on the base of the kitchen island, so it just needs a fresh coat of paint on some areas of some of the walls. The unit has a Beautiful Ocean view, the unit is clean & those are some of the reasons we rented it. Also we Love the area, the Condo Property it self, the staff & the owners & renters are all very nice people.

Always so nice to come One thing I feel could be improved in room with twin beds which are very comfortable The light switch can only be turned on and off from the fan light in middle of room Would be nice if switch on wall would function Otherwise WONDERFUL.

We had a beautiful, restful time. I love the view from this unit and I love the heated saltwater pool. It's convenient to the beach and the city. We would definitely like to come again!
