Would have loved access to a bbq area. Loved our condo but very disappointed in plastic patio furniture. Would have loved access to beach chairs. Heated pool was just right! Elevator was out of order for days. Even then it was concerning to go up and down in. Big lovely windows that require cleaning.
Manager's Response
The owner has taken your advice and replaced the patio furniture. I apologize for the elevator having mechanical issues but hope you found the other two elevators useful. Beach chairs are not guaranteed to the units so we always recommend bringing your own. I have put submitted your suggestion for a BBQ are to the association. I hope you had a great visit!
We were pleased with our experience--the condo was lovely-clean, well equipped, comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable with lovely sheets and the towels were plush. The small little things like drying racks, boogie boards, pool noodles were much appreciated. Cassie was quick in responding to our email about our last minute decision to return to St. Augustine and gave us helpful feedback as we decided which unit to rent. Overall, a fabulous experience. Our only complaint with our stay was really loud kids in the pool hours after the office closed. They were singing, blaring music, etc. and there was no recourse except to tolerate it.
